Nudi Beach Bar & Restaurant, the beachfront dining restaurant located at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa, has launched a new menu offering more healthy options! Nudi keeps renewing its menu, so that the guests always find something new that will surprise them when they come for a visit.
The man behind the update is Chef Enoryt Appollis, appointed Executive Chef in 2018, originally from South Africa with more than 17 years’ experience in the hospitality Industry. A dish worth a visit is Salmon Gravla, inspired by the unique cured cooking method, infused with sea salt, sugar, spices and citrus. The result is a firm texture on the top of the salmon blending perfectly with the roasted garlic mayo and radish salad.
From the beverage menu, the best seller is God Island. Inspired by Bali as a place of a thousand temples, God Island consists of tequila, known as a god spirit, combined with the a slight sweet after taste of lychee and peach that will make you feel you can’t get enough of this concoction.
Over 20 new delicious and fun cocktails created by the team using their imagination and techniques are available to entice you. Do not forget that happy hour is available every day from 5-6pm and 10-11pm!
