Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa invites guests to celebrate this Festive season with a range of fun activities and a wide array of scrumptious culinary offerings, which range from a Family oriented Christmas Eve Dinner to a lively New Year’s Eve celebration and countdown party. The kids stay, eat and play free program is a special treat for families as it allows parents to have some relaxing time during their stay in our Resort and enjoy the additional value Holiday Inn brings to families.

During the festive season, the hotel lobby is decorated by a natural Christmas tree built-up from local bamboo. A stylish wooden festive desk manned by joyful Elves, is ready to address any enquiries guests have about the Festive Activities Calendar.

On Christmas Eve, guests may enjoy welcome cocktails and lively Christmas Carols, followed by an indulging variety of amazing local and international flavors. A copious selection of salad and cheeses; traditional main dishes including, of course, a roasted turkey; some Asian flavors like Thai red curry; seafood on ice; and for the sweets lovers you will be spoiled with chocolate mousse, Indonesian signature ice drinks and many more. The Jolly Christmas eve will not end without the great performance of the resident trio acoustic band.

In addition, a lineup of festive theme nights will be available to prepare your taste buds for the biggest New Year’s Eve event. Options run from Balinese BBQ night, street food Pasar (traditional market food), Balinese megibung, a scrumptious Seafood BBQ (Jimbaran style) and an Oxtail festival at our Fire pit garden by the pool with the refreshing company of our Indian Ocean breeze.

New Year’s Nusantara Eve is the night we are all waiting for, the peak of the festive season. The resort will present a feast of Nusantara delicacies buffet style at our beachfront and welcome 2023 in style. The heart of this culinary experience will be authentic Indonesian cuisine from three of the main islands in Indonesia: Sumatra, Java and Bali. Some of the highlights for you to start savoring: Fresh seafood Grill station from our local fisherman, Jimbaran soup and Balinese Suckling pig. Please make sure to save some space to try Indonesian sweets as you prepare to toast at midnight. And do not worry if the items described do not fit your dietary requirements, our experienced culinary team has taken into consideration alternative dietary options too, including, but not limited to: Gluten free, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc.

The Nusantara night will be hosted by a special performance from a full live band, traditional Indonesian dances and a DJ during the countdown to dance the first hour of 2023 away.

As a special note, in the spirit of giving, the Resort invites all guests to support the local community by joining the traditional fun games during the New Year’s Eve welcome cocktail hour. All funds collected will be donated to the resort’s charity partner Teratai Foundation that help and support blind people in the island.
