What are the type of credit cards accepted during the booking process?

We accept all the universally accepted credit cards during the booking process like MasterCard, Visa, Amex & JCB

Does my credit card details necessary when making a reservation?

Yes, credit card details are necessary to guarantee the reservation. 

Will my credit card be charged?

Select packages may require full-prepayment or 1 night prepayment at the time of booking. (eg. Advance Purchase Offer, Stay Longer Pay Less, etc)

What is your cancellation policy?

Advance Purchase

Rate requires full prepayment for the entire stay at time of booking. Full prepayment is charged to the credit card between time of booking and day of arrival and is non-refundable. Canceling your reservation or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Taxes may apply.

Best Flexible

Canceling your reservation 4 days in advance will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation less than 4 days in advance or failing to show, will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Do you have pets' policy?

Regrettably, pets are not allowed in the resort.

Check-in time is 15:00 pm

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Early check-in is subject to room availability on the day of arrival.

What is the charge for late check-out?

Late check-out is subject to room availability and the charges are as follows:
• Check out before 6.00 pm: 50% charge (best flexible rate)
• Check out after 6.00 pm: Full overnight rate (best flexible rate)

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Yes, all of our rooms are non-smoking

Do you have twin, triple, and quadruple rooms?

Yes, we do have twin room (2 single bed)
Triple room will require an extra bed for the 3rd person
For quadruple room, kindly refer to our family accommodation (Tanjung Family Connecting Room, Tanjung Kids Adventure Suite and Tanjung Family Adventure Suite)

Do you have inter-connecting rooms?

What is the cost for an extra bed?

An extra bed is IDR 550.000 nett/day/bed including a buffet breakfast for 1 person

Is there an additional charge for visitors?

No, we do not charge for visitors, however, identification may be required for security purposes

If visitors would like to enjoy our resort's facilities, visitors need to purchase a day pass at IDR 175.000nett per person including free usage of our pools, gym, sun-lounges, pool towels and IDR 50.000 dining credit.

What is the hotel's policy regarding children?

There is no charge for children below the age of 12 years when sharing a room with parents on existing bedding. If an extra bed is required, regardless of age, an extra bed charge will be incurred. An extra bed is IDR 550.000 nett/day.

Children 12 years and above are charged the full adult breakfast price of IDR 180.000 nett per child/meal.

Complimentary breakfast fo children under 12 years old when parents purchase for the buffet breakfast.

Can children eat for free in the resort?

Kids Eat Free is available for kids age 12 years old and under when ordering in the hotel’s restaurants from the Kids Menu and when accompanied by a family member dining from the regular menu (at least one main course/per parent). For registered hotel guests only. Limit to 4 kids per dining family (2 adults) or two kids per parent per meal. Where a buffet breakfast is provided at Pasar Market Cafe, kids may eat free from the buffet when accompanied by at least one adult, who is registered as a hotel guest and orders a buffet breakfast.

Does the hotel provide baby-sitting services?

Yes, we do provide baby-sitting. Additional charge and in house booking in advance is required for this service.

Are baby cots available?

Yes, baby cots are available upon request and are free of charge.

Where is the breakfast served and at what time?

Breakfast is served at Pasar Market Cafe which located on the 1st floor, from 6:30am - 10:30am

How much does breakfast usually cost?

Normally we charge IDR 180.000 nett/person for breakfast.
Children 12 years and above are charged the full adult breakfast price of IDR 180.000
Complimentary breakfast for children under 12 years old when parents purchase for breakfast.

How many dining outlets do you have and what are they?

Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa has only 1 restaurant and 2 Bars; Pasar Market Cafe, Nudi Beach Club & Duke's Pool Bar and Lounge.
All the dining outlets are located on the 1st floor.

Is vegetarian food available in the restaurant?

Yes, vegetarian dishes are available both on the breakfast buffet line and a la carte. We can also custom-made the food if it is not on our menu.

Is the food served in the restaurant halal?

Stricly speaking, the food served is not 'halal', however, we have dishes available that are pork free.

Do you have 24 hours room service?

Yes, our room service is 24 hours. To make your order kindly dial "0" from your in-room telephone.

What is the the age requirement for kids club and it's opening hour?

Our kids club opens from 9am - 9pm with a break time from 5pm - 6pm. Our kids club is opened for kids age 12 years old and under. Kids 4 years old and under will require a guardian/baby sitter. The entrance fee is free for all in-house guests.

What is a half-day city tour and does it cost anything?

Actually we do not provide any tours, however our Guest Experience would be happy to assist you with arrangement.

How many swimming pool do you have in the resort?

We have 4 swimming pools in the resort. 1 pool at Atrium area, 2 pools at beachfront and 1 kids' pool with slides & giant dipping bucket. 

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

Yes, hairdryer is provided in the bathroom of all rooms.

Does the hotel provide iron and ironing boards in all rooms?

Yes, they are provided in all rooms.

How far is the property from the airport and do you provide airport transfers?

The hotel is a 20-30 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Airport tranfers are provided upon request at IDR 350.000  nett per way  for a car and required 24 hours booking in advance.

How much is an airport taxi or limousine?

An airport taxi is approximately IDR 200.000 nett per way.

Can luggage be store at the property whilts I travel elsewhere?

Yes, kindly contact our front desk upon check-in/check-out for further details.

What is the weather like at the different times of the year?

Bali is approximately 8 degrees south of the equator. So you can expect a tropical, warm and humid climate all year around with two main distinctive seasons. Dry seasons and Rainy seasons.

Is the tap water safe to drink?

No, tap water in Bali is not potable. Complimentary bottled water is supplied to your room daily.

Is there a doctor on call?

Yes, there is . Kindly contact the Front Desk staff for assistance and will be at additional charge.

How far is the nearest hospital?

BIMC Hospital is the nearest hospital located at BTDC Nusa Dua and is around 5-minute drive from hotel.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

The nearest full-service bank is around 10-minute drive away, ATMs & Currency Exchange can be found 1 minute walk from the resort 

What time do banks open?

8.30am - 3.30pm from Monday to Friday.

What is the voltage is used in Bali?

The voltage in Bali is 230 volts.

Can I connect my laptop in the room?

Yes, via LAN, USB, Port or WiFi.

What kind of internet conncetion do you provide and what is the cost?

Hi-speed Internet 3 Mbps (shared speed) and it is free of charge.

Are dual telephone sockets are not available?

No, dual telephone sockets are not available.

What is the hourly/daily rate for limousine service?

Please contact our front desk for further information.

Are secretarial and other business services such as translation available?

Unfortunately we do not provide this service.

Are the shopping centres nearby?

Our location is closed to some shopping centres such as Bali Collection and Hardy's. Shopping Centers in Kuta are just 30-40 minutes drive away from the resort.
